Booking terms
Your quote
Your quote is fixed once you confirm your headcount. It covers the session, travel, parking, and one professionally retouched image per person. Nothing is added afterwards.
How we price
The session fee covers bringing the mobile studio to you, setting up and packing away. The per-person fee reserves a five-minute slot in the running order we build for your day, and includes one retouched image for that person.
Changing your numbers
You can reduce your headcount free of charge up to 3 working days before the shoot. After that, the quoted figure stands. Extra people on the day are £15 each where the schedule allows.
If someone doesn't attend
We build the schedule, reserve the time and price the day around the headcount you give us, so the quoted total stands regardless of attendance. If we still have time on site we'll photograph anyone who missed their slot before we pack away. Unclaimed slots aren't carried over to a future session or refunded.
Postponing or cancelling
- 5 or more working days' notice: no charge, we'll rebook you.
- Under 5 working days: the session fee is payable.
- On the day: the session fee is payable.
What we need from you
A room of roughly 4m × 3m with access to a plug socket, and one person nominated to keep the running order moving on the day.
Choosing your images
Your gallery stays live for 30 days. If anyone hasn't made a selection by then, we'll choose the strongest frame for them so your set can be completed and delivered.
Delivery
Retouched images are delivered as high-resolution files plus web and LinkedIn crops.
Payment
We invoice after the session, and payment is due within 7 days of the shoot date. The quoted total is the amount payable.
Insurance
Rifkin & Livesey carries public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Certificates available on request.
