How much do corporate headshots cost in Manchester?
A session at your premises is £199. Retouched edits are chosen by you afterwards at £15 per image — you only pay for the shots you actually want. Parking may be charged additionally where applicable.
How long does each person's headshot take?
Five minutes. We block-book the session and run your team through on a simple slot schedule, so nobody loses more than a coffee break.
Do you travel to our office?
Yes — every session is shot at your place. We bring a full mobile studio to offices across Manchester city centre, Spinningfields, Deansgate, MediaCityUK, Salford, Trafford, Stockport and the rest of Greater Manchester.
Who chooses which photos get edited?
You do. After the shoot you browse the gallery and select the frames you want professionally retouched at £15 each. No forced packages.
How many people can you photograph in one session?
At five minutes per person a session moves fast — small teams to full office floors are all doable. Tell us your headcount and we'll map the schedule for you.
How long do you need on site?
We arrive about 45 minutes before the first slot to build the studio, shoot five minutes per person, then pack away in 40 minutes. A 12-person team is roughly two and a half hours door to door — and each person only gives up five minutes of it.
Are the headshots optimised for LinkedIn?
Yes — every headshot is framed to work inside LinkedIn's small circular crop, and your edits come correctly sized for LinkedIn profiles, your website and email signatures. When the whole team updates on the same day, your company page instantly looks the part.
Are you insured to work on our premises?
Yes — the business carries full public liability and professional indemnity insurance, so we're covered to bring the mobile studio into your workplace. Certificates are available on request for your facilities or procurement team.
What should our team wear?
Whatever they'd wear to meet their most important client. Plain colours photograph better than busy patterns; beyond that, we'll direct everyone on the day.
